Change your plan

You need permission to manage the workspace contract. First check whether a plan change is already scheduled for the end of the term.

Upgrade Basic to Professional

1. Open Settings → Plan & Access Points.
2. Select Professional and wait for the current calculation.
3. Review the new monthly plan price and the additional prorated amount due now.
4. Explicitly confirm immediate activation and the amount shown.
5. Check the active plan and unchanged contract end afterwards.

The upgrade expands the plan immediately without restarting its term. Only the positive plan-price difference for the remaining term is charged. Basic is neither charged in full again nor separately credited. Existing provider capacity stays unchanged; book extra slots separately.

Downgrade Professional to Basic

1. Select the target plan and review the successor's proposed start date.
2. Check its user allowance. If fewer users will be allowed, select the required users whose access should end. The protected owner cannot be selected.
3. Review the complete successor price and retained provider capacity.
4. Confirm the scheduled change.

The current plan and access remain active until the displayed term boundary. There is no prorated credit for the current term. Selected users lose access only when the change becomes effective.

A scheduled change is displayed separately. Before it takes effect, use its withdrawal action and confirm to cancel that planned change. Its already accepted successor selection remains locked until withdrawal or activation.

Upgrade calculation example

Assume a fictional monthly plan-price difference of €20. You upgrade on 16 September and the current term ends on 1 December. The remaining September portion is 15 of 30 days:

• September: €20 × 15 / 30 = €10
• October: €20
• November: €20
• Additional total: €50
